The World Within: Concept Demo

ITS TAKEN 6 DAYS TO SHIFT THE WORLD, IT WILL PROBABLY TAKE 6 DECADES TO SHIFT IT BACK, BUT MUST WE REALLY?

 

The World Within is a sci-fi adventure drama fulfilment book set in an alternate reality through the eyes of ‘William Charlatairn’, a teenager who has been thrust into an unknown reality after a series of events resulting in an event called ‘The 6 Day War’, a war whereupon an alien race occupied the entirety of Earth under the envy of the human race.

 

After being taken into a self-developed research organization turned insurgency, Will finds themselves in a contrasting situation where they must fight back against the occupation with the guidance of many mentors along the way which ends up devolving into a much bigger story. So, Will is left to question for themselves, ‘Are these beings truly against us, or is there’s a deeper meaning within all of this?’

The Concept Demo is a created portfolio piece to showcase what I want the feel and vibe of the game to feel like once it is actually designed to a AAA state sometime in the future, obviously with more features than what is provided. This game is mostly just a showcase and presentation of the actual concept itself, with the GDD still in heavy development.

Feel free to comment on possible additions or advice on how to make the game better! I plan on adding updates to the game in the future, however feel free to make the most of what I have now.
